Stuart Baldwin – Partner

Stuart Baldwin is head of Residential Conveyancing at Baldwin & Robinson Law.  He is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer who has worked in residential property law for more than 20 years.

Stuart started his working life as a trainee Quantity Surveyor for a large Croydon based building company.  However, having bought his own first home during this time, his interest was sparked by the purchase process so he moved into the residential property sales industry.

His first job was as a negotiator with a national firm of Estate Agents.  Hard work and commitment meant that he was quickly promoted to managerial level, responsible for a number of branches.

After several years liaising with solicitors, Stuart was head-hunted by a large law firm.  His initial role was in business development where he significantly increased the levels of referrals and instructions for the firm.  The Senior Partner, impressed by Stuart’s enthusiasm and expertise, offered him the chance to train as a Licensed Conveyancer.  Stuart qualified in 2004.

In 2001 Stuart moved to a well-established firm of solicitors in Caterham.  Stuart practiced as a Licensed Conveyancer with this firm for close to nine years, developing a loyal customer base until, in 2010, he decided it was time to extend himself further by opening his own practice with Simon Robinson.

Stuart brings with him a wealth of experience in the field of residential conveyancing.  His experience in both the legal area of this specialism and in the estate agent’s role, gives him a unique insight into the sales process and allows him to offer an unparalleled level of service to his clients.

Stuart says, “At Baldwin & Robinson we care about our clients and the service that they receive.  As owners of our own business we really can deliver on the promises that we make with professionalism and integrity.”

Stuart is married to Jobie, a local Chartered Surveyor, has two greyhounds and in his spare time is fanatical about Harley Davidsons, running and rock music.

The term “partner”, if used, denotes a member of Baldwin & Robinson Limited or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing.
