Our Wills & Probate expert, Wayne Lock, has over 15 years’ experience in the legal profession. He started his legal career as a receptionist in a legal firm and has progressed from there becoming a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2011.
During his career, Wayne has worked with a wide variety of clients helping them to create wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) as well as guiding them through matters of probate. Wayne is also qualified in matters of residential conveyancing making him an integral part of the Baldwin & Robinson team.
Wayne spends 95% of his time working with Stuart in the Residential Conveyancing Department and 5% on Private Client, Wills and Probate work.
Wayne works on all levels of complexity of cases, including Sale, Purchases, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Lease Extensions both Freeholder and Leaseholder under the 1993 Act and informally, deeds of trust, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Deeds of Variation to Wills, Discretionary Trusts.
In his spare time Wayne likes to keep active through running and swimming. He also enjoys reading. Wayne, like many of our team, is a dog lover and has two dogs of his own.
