Emma Kennedy qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and has more than 20 years of experience specialising in Commercial Property with a particular focus on investment, development and landlord and tenant work.
Prior to joining Baldwin & Robinson Law, Emma worked in London providing expert legal advice to a wide range of commercial real estate clients and is experienced in dealing with all types of transactions including commercial leases, commercial property sales & purchases, refinancing and property development.

Outside of work Emma is often kept busy with family life but when she has the time is a very keen cook and enjoys travel.
