Nicki is an experienced commercial property solicitor who advises individuals, businesses, investors and developers across a wide range of commercial real estate matters. She has experience acting on all aspects of commercial property including:
- Acquisitions & Disposals of Commercial Leases - including new leases, renewals, assignments, underleases and variations
Property development - including acquisitions of development land and sites with or without the benefit of planning permission
Overage, option and promotion agreements
Property finance and secured lending transactions
Refinancing and dealing with existing security over land
Property aspects of wider corporate and commercial transactions
Having previously worked at the firm, Nicki has now returned bringing with her further experience gained advising on a broad range of real estate transactions. Her approach is straightforward, responsive and commercially focused. Nicki believes that legal advice should be clear and accessible, and she aims to ensure that clients understand both the legal position and, importantly, what it means for them in practice.
Outside of work Nicki loves to travel. When she isn’t planning her next trip she can be found at a pilates class or spending time with her family and friends.
