Melissa joined the firm in June 2019 as a legal assistant in our Commercial Property department. Since then, Melissa has gone on to complete her Legal Practice Course (LPC) with a Masters and is now completing the final step in becoming a solicitor by becoming a Trainee Solicitor.
During her traineeship, Melissa will undertake "seats" in each of our departments, learning and developing the skills that she will need to become a newly qualified solicitor.
"I love being a Trainee Solicitor. I enjoy the variety of my role and I get to experience different parts of the industry from conveyancing, to commerical property and also private client work like Wills & Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate work. It means every day is different and I get to work with so many different clients with different wants and needs."
