Rebecca specialises in corporate law and has over 25 years of experience advising companies on share sales, business sales, joint ventures, management buyouts, takeovers and reorganisations as well as IPOs. Rebecca has also advised Boards on strategic and transactional matters as well as corporate governance issues. Rebecca has senior management experience having been a partner in the equity capital markets teams in the corporate department of two international city law firms, Dentons LLP, and more recently, Osborne Clarke LLP.
